Victoria Art — Digital Artwork Licensing

These License Terms apply to all digital artworks, patterns, illustrations, and design assets created and sold by Victoria Art. By purchasing, downloading, or using any file, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All artworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Victoria Art.
You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership of the artwork itself.
The digital files may not be claimed as your own, resold, shared, or redistributed in any form.

2. License Types

Your rights depend on the license selected at checkout.

2.1 Personal Use License

Allows:

  • Personal creative projects
  • Personal prints, gifts, and home use
  • Device wallpapers
  • Sharing on personal social media (credit appreciated)

Does NOT allow:

  • Commercial use
  • Products for sale
  • Business branding or marketing
  • Uploading to stock platforms
  • Redistribution of files

2.2 Commercial Use License

Allows:

  • Small business use
  • Up to 500 physical products per artwork
  • Use on Etsy, Shopify, or your own website
  • Use in branding, packaging, stationery, textiles, accessories

Does NOT allow:

  • Reselling or sharing the digital files
  • Uploading to stock platforms
  • Mass production

2.3 Extended License

Allows:

  • Unlimited physical sales
  • Large-scale manufacturing
  • Full commercial rights
  • Use in commercial advertising
  • Use on POD platforms

Does NOT allow:

  • Reselling or redistributing the source files
  • Claiming authorship

3. Prohibited Uses (All LicenClaiming authorshipses)

Regardless of license type, you may NOT:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute the digital files
  • Use the artwork in AI training datasets
  • Upload the artwork to stock websites
  • Claim the artwork as your own creation
  • Use the artwork in illegal, hateful, or defamatory content

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Refunds or exchanges are not provided unless a technical issue prevents file access.

5. Attribution

Attribution is not required but always appreciated:
